Key Responsibilities- Lead by Example: Provide outstanding dining service to our residents, setting the standard for excellence in customer service.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Assist in training and developing team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional dining experiences.
- Maintain Dining Room Standards: Ensure the dining room is set up and maintained to the highest standards, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our residents.
- Support Special Events: Assist in planning and executing special events, such as holiday meals and themed dining experiences.
- Monitor Dining Area Cleanliness: Ensure the dining area is clean and ready for service, adhering to all regulatory procedures and standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring that all food and beverages are handled and stored in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of one year experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full service senior living.
- Skills: Ability to handle multiple priorities, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
