Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dining Room Server to join our team at Delmanor Communities. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining services to our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide fine dining services to all residents and guests, ensuring a high level of quality, consistency, and creativity.
  • Contribute to a culinary experience that exceeds expectations, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of our dining services.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in a variety of dining environments, including formal dining.
  • A food handling certificate and Smart Serve or other approved alcohol service certificate.
  • The ability to accommodate shift work, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.
