Job Description

RGS Marketing INC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Office Management: Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, assemble data, and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervision: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, and resolve issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and authorize return of merchandise.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
