About the Role

CB Canada is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the position of Executive Assistant & Corporate Secretary in the Transportation Industry in Victoria, British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide confidential executive administrative support services to the President and CEO and the Chair of the Board of Directors.
  • Acts as administrative liaison between Board members and the CEO, maintaining both the office of the CEO and the Board.
  • Maintains records of all CEO and Board meetings, including minutes.
  • Assists the various Board committees with their administrative requirements.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced level of proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver within tight timelines.
  • Experience arranging travel, ceremonies, receptions and other public relations events of varying sizes is an asset.
