We're a dynamic and growing insurance company seeking a skilled Senior Underwriter to join our team. As a Senior Underwriter, you will play a key role in facilitating the insurance process and providing tailored solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use your analytical skills to evaluate and underwrite a wide variety of risk types
  • Lead and guide other underwriters in their decision-making processes
  • Develop and maintain a broad understanding of underwriting and pricing disciplines
  • Assess applicants and set appropriate underwriting terms
  • Master file audits and ensure a profitable book of business
  • Design and implement new guidelines and policies
  • Support and mentor junior team members

About You

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in underwriting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
