Senior Underwriting Manager

Sauce Recruitment Corp. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Underwriting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of underwriters and overseeing the underwriting process for complex fleet accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of underwriters in the underwriting process for complex fleet accounts
- Develop and implement underwriting strategies to ensure accurate and timely underwriting decisions
- Collaborate with the VP, Commercial Mid Market to coordinate underwriting strategies and portfolio management for the Western Region
- Train, develop, and lead staff towards strong technical acumen
- Maintain a disciplined underwriting culture and professional team environment
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Commercial Auto Underwriting
- CIP Designation preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and confident decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, and support a team of professionals
