About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparers and counter attendants.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, adhering to health and safety regulations.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, meeting their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and sales.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

A and B Ventures Ltd is a dynamic and fast-paced food service establishment. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments, with frequent standing for extended periods. You will be required to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies as needed.
