Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the daily activities of our kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to our staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and that we minimize waste.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
- Maintain Records and Reports: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced kitchen environment with standing for extended periods.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
