  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and addressing any issues promptly.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operations and adequate staffing.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Client-focused and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
