Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Burger King - Dawson Creek. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Ensure that staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Quality Control
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Stand for extended periods and maintain a high level of attention to detail
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
