Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Ctrl Tax. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Electronic mail and scheduling skills.
- MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word skills.
- Experience working in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The work environment is dynamic and requires flexibility and adaptability.
