We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and providing strategic support to ensure we attract and retain top talent. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full life-cycle recruitment for all open roles across corporate group, including sourcing, recruitment, screening resumes, conducting telephone screens, interviewing, reference checks, and composing and extending job offers.
- Identify strategies and sourcing channels to build a pipeline of candidates for assigned portfolio, establishing connections, maintaining, and leveraging a professional online and social media presence, and prospecting talent through your network.
- Consult with hiring managers and provide updates on the labour market, candidate availability, sourcing methods, recruitment risks, relocation packages, and more.
- Communicate regularly with the business to understand and forecast recruitment needs and initiatives.
- Assist and consult on the development of job descriptions and job postings.
- Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience in partnership with the HRBP.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Use recruitment data and metrics to gain valuable insights into recruitment trends and incorporate them into overall recruitment strategies.

Requirements:
- 5 or more years of recruitment experience with at least 3 years leading end-to-end recruitment efforts.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a business-related area an asset.
