Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Ricki's. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and team management
- Develop and execute visual merchandising plans to drive business results
- Coach and develop sales associates to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Oversee store operations, including shift task organization and store opening and closing duties
- Implement brand visual standards and seasonal merchandising plans to achieve consistency of visual display
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers
- Experience in retail management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong visual merchandising skills and the ability to drive business through fashion consciousness and commerciality
- Excellent sales skills and a commitment to ensuring amazing customer experiences
- Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store
- Flexible availability, with a willingness to work a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
