Senior Manager, Asset Management Planning and Performance

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Asset Management Planning and Performance team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Lead the annual business planning process and ensure implementation of strategic plans across the organization
- Provide insights to enhance commercial execution in the market
- Manage research budget for productivity goals
- Support ad-hoc projects related to product launches and initiatives
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, business consulting, and FMCG/retail organizations
- Fluency in English and French is an asset
- Strong analytical skills including multivariable analysis
- Knowledge of M&A processes and competitive intelligence
