Senior Manager, Asset Management Planning and Performance

Scotiabank is seeking a Senior Manager, Asset Management Planning and Performance to join our team. As a key member of our Organizational Effectiveness team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders on asset management planning and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement asset management strategies and plans to optimize business performance and drive growth.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to business leaders and stakeholders on asset management best practices and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize asset management initiatives and projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, vendors, and partners.
- Monitor and analyze asset management performance metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in asset management, strategic planning, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful asset management strategies and plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
