Job Summary

The Asset Manager will assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of key performance metrics and analytical models for Centurion Property Associates Inc. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a deadline-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research for a national portfolio of multi-family residential apartment buildings and student housing communities.
  • Asset manage third-party property management companies and identify areas of operational inefficiencies.
  • Develop recommendations for revenue enhancement and value creation throughout the portfolios.
  • Assist with the preparation of annual operating and capital expenditure budgets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting.
  • 3-5 years' analytical experience, preferably in residential asset management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a strong ability to multi-task.
  • Highly motivated and able to take the initiative required to excel in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Excellent command of MS Office products: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Working experience with Yardi property management software is a plus.
