About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at 1805097 Alberta Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Communication
    • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of our office, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Develop and implement procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Familiarity with accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
