Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations as needed.
  • Office Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the office, including opening and distributing mail, managing inventory, and ordering office supplies.
    • Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained, including setting up and maintaining manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Communication
    • Act as a liaison between the operations team and other departments, providing excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
    • Permanent employment.
    • Language of work: English.
    • Hours of work: 32 to 40 hours per week.
