**Key Responsibilities:**
* Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
* Delegate work to office support staff to ensure efficient use of resources.
* Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
* Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
* Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
**Requirements:**
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
* Permanent employment.
