Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Guillevin International. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project management team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the project management team, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including creating project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and customers, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Project.
