Project Coordinator Opportunity

At Flynn Group of Companies, we're seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team.

As a Project Coordinator, you'll work closely with our experienced team to coordinate and track deliveries, attend hand-off and autopsy meetings, and assist in preparing comprehensive material lists for projects.

Key Responsibilities

Work with Site Supervisor and Project Management in scheduling, coordinating, and tracking deliveries
Attend hand-off and autopsy meetings
Assist in preparing comprehensive material lists for projects
Issue submittal packages, samples, bonds, and insurances
Fill out warranties and send close-out packages

Requirements

Excellent communication skills
Ability to understand direction and be dependable
General Project Management/construction knowledge
Microsoft Office skills
Ability to read drawings
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a team
