Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at IEWC. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Planning and Execution
    • Develop annual sales plans in partnership with the Territory Manager, Regional Sales Manager, or VP of Sales to achieve company goals and objectives.
    • Implement business plans and sales strategies for targeted accounts to drive growth and revenue.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at our customers.
    • Utilize advanced knowledge of IEWC products and services to analyze customer needs and opportunities.
  • Sales Growth and Closure
    • Drive results to attain the objectives of the annual sales plan for assigned accounts.
    • Create a robust opportunity pipeline to increase win rate percentage, maximize average deal size, and reduce sales cycle.
  • Account Maintenance and Support
    • Develop relationships with key decision makers at our customers to drive sales growth and revenue.
    • Communicate new products and IEWC capabilities to create value for our customers.
  • Education and Experience
    • A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience.
    • A valid driver's license.
  • Reasoning and Computer Applications Skills
    • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
    • Ability to work with Microsoft, Salesforce, SAP, and all standard current computer applications.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
