About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to exceed sales revenue targets on a quarterly basis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to identify and close revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts, identifying risk, action items, and resources needed to achieve.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, owning and leading the account blue sheet and strategic selling process.
  • Promote and establish education of our products and/or services to customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research, including customers and competitors' activities.
  • Implement market development plans/strategies and make adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and optimize consignment inventory, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
  • Foster a strategic approach to drive consistent growth and exceed annual operating plan (AOP) targets.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, or Associate's Degree/College Diploma, or Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 6 years of work experience in the healthcare or engineering field, with a High School Diploma or GED, or minimum 4 years of work experience in the healthcare or engineering field, with an Associate's Degree/College Diploma, or minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the healthcare field or engineering field, with a bachelor's degree.
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
  • Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of related anatomy and/or surgical procedures an asset.
  • Strong presentation skills and proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary range of $88,000 - $132,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
