About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional leader to serve as the Head of Canada for Thomson Reuters. As a key member of our global leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer experience, and leading a high-performing team in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer acquisition targets in Canada.
- Lead a team of sales and segment professionals to drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and services.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities across all segments in Canada.
- Develop and implement business plans to support profitable growth targets in the region.
- Partner with global marketing leads and teams to execute on segment-specific campaigns in support of sales.
- Drive an innovation, simplification, agile, and digital mindset across Canada.
- Build and maintain highly collaborative relationships with colleagues across the organization.
- Deliver target financial and strategy objectives for the sub-segment and other overlapping products.
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled executive with a strong background in customer journey, digital customer journey, and direct client management. Your ideal candidate will have:
- 15+ years of experience in a similar role, with 5-10 years of experience in customer journey and direct client management.
- Experience managing revenue of $100-200M.
- A desire and potential to grow into other roles at Thomson Reuters.
- Able to influence and work cross-functionally to achieve deliverables.
- Skilled at conflict resolution and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes.
