About the Role

Adecco Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Imaging Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of managing hard copy documents, including tracking, preparation, scanning, indexing, reconstitution, quality assurance, and exporting them to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations within the Imaging Center, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Resolve any issues that arise, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality service.
  • Monitor timelines and results, ensuring that our team is meeting our performance targets.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the Imaging Center.
  • Provide training and support to our team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Collaborate with our Quality Assurance team to ensure that all documents meet our high standards.
  • Maintain scanning equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a digital environment.
  • Strong understanding of imaging processes and procedures.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong technical background and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated basic billing knowledge.
  • Basic understanding of project lifecycles.
