The role of Branch Sales Manager is a critical position that requires a strong leader to drive sales growth, manage overdue accounts, and maximize portfolio growth through direct engagement with customers. As a Branch Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team, develop your leadership skills, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional sales experiences and ensuring their financial needs are met.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and maximize portfolio performance.
  • Manage collections activities for all past-due accounts, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing losses.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, providing coaching and training as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
  • Eligibility for Internal Applicants: Minimum of 12-18 months as a Financial Service Representative in an EFS branch or EH Store, NSSC/LC Team Manager, or Supervisor.
