Job Overview

The Branch Leadership Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch, including sales management, human resource management, operations control, and supervision of compliance. The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to Investment Advisors and support staff in hiring, training, and motivating. Responsibilities

  • Manage branch operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Supervise and develop Investment Advisors and support staff

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of achieving business objectives and driving sales growth
