Job Overview

The Branch Leadership Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch, including sales management, human resource management, operations control, and supervision of compliance. The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to Investment Advisors and support staff in hiring, training, and motivating. They will assess performance, provide developmental opportunities, coaching, and feedback as required.

This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team, coaching, and developing others. They will also possess experience in dealing with ambiguity and managing multiple operations and servicing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage branch operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Supervise and develop Investment Advisors and support staff
