Administrative Office Coordinator

At UGO Fuel, we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the flow of information within the team
* Direct and control daily operations
* Evaluate daily operations
* Open and distribute mail and other materials
* Plan and control budget and expenditures
* Plan and organize daily operations
* Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
* Determine and establish office procedures and routines
* Schedule and confirm appointments
* Answer telephone calls and relay messages
* Compile data, statistics, and other information
* Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Requirements:
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Experience an asset
* Ability to work independently
