At Edinburgh Physio, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our administrative functions.


Key Responsibilities



  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Work Term: This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English is the primary language of communication for this role.
