About the Role

Holt Renfrew is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our planning department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through effective merchandise planning and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts and auto-replenishment models to ensure optimal inventory levels and maximize sell-through across all channels and locations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including buyers, stores, and supply chain teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze sales trends and inventory data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement inventory optimization strategies that drive profitability and reduce waste.
  • Develop and maintain reports and analytics to support business decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in merchandise planning and inventory management to ensure Holt Renfrew remains competitive.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in merchandise planning, inventory management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of retail operations.
