- Demonstrate internal leadership across account teams and partner groups.
- Build and execute overarching full-funnel strategies from big ideas to analytical recommendations.
- Create new relationships with clients at all levels within large advertiser organizations.
- Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers.
- Identify net new revenue opportunities from existing advertisers.
- Understand Amazon's display, video, and programmatic advertising opportunities and tools to help build relevant advertising solutions for our advertisers.
- Utilize Sales CRM tools to track pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast to achieve quarterly quota goals.
- Exhibit knowledge of the Home (e.g. Home, Kitchen, Floor Care) and/or Toys industry and competitive environment.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience closing sales and revenue generation.
- Experience identifying and aggregating trends, past performance metrics, and insights into effective narratives, with recommendations, to external senior leaders.
- Experience building client and agency ad partnerships.
