Digital Imaging Assistant

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Digital Imaging Assistant to assist with daily operations within our client's Digital Imaging Center and Records Department. This is an operational role responsible for handling all aspects of digital imaging and scanning, as well as additional duties to support the Records department as needed.
This position plays a critical part in meeting contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring customer orders are completed to specification.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare customer documents for digital imaging and scanning processes, checking for any quality issues that may impact the scan.
- Handle various document types and conditions, ensuring proper preparation for scanning.
- Index scanned images following customer-specified naming conventions.
- Manage records throughout their lifecycle, including creating, updating, indexing, storing, and retrieving client files.
- Perform data entry, prepare, and file records and documents, and handle typing tasks with accuracy.
- Retrieve, prepare, and deliver records and boxes as needed.
- Coordinate with off-site storage vendors for the pickup and retrieval of records and files.
- Maintain records in an automated records database, entering and updating information as required.
- Use Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook efficiently to complete tasks.
- Work effectively under deadlines with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
What you will need to succeed:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- 2 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally with document scanning and quality control
- Proven data entry experience (Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk role is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook
- The ability to work under deadlines with adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and information comprehension
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Typing speed and accuracy
- The ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move between machines and buildings when required
