Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Support Specialist to join our team at Identity Digital Canada Corp. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and guidance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report on the performance of computer systems and networks
  • Respond to users experiencing difficulties with computers
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
  • Provide customer service
  • Manage incidents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Computer engineering, other

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits including dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, paramedical services coverage, and vision care benefits.
