About Our Team:
The Department of Medical Imaging, Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto and the Joint Department of Medical Imaging (JDMI) at University Health Network, Sinai Health and Women's College Hospital invite applications for a full-time faculty clinical position as Radiologist in the Breast Imaging Division.
Compensation: The compensation will be in the range of $300,000-450,000 per year based on a fee for service model, reflecting the uniform average salary of a Radiologist in the Province of Ontario.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Radiologist to operate across all modalities in the sub-specialty of Breast Imaging, including mammography, digital breast tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, MR imaging, and image-guided procedures. The successful candidate will participate in day-to-day supervision and training for residents and clinical fellows, and participate in Journal clubs, fellow and resident rounds.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate must hold an MD degree or equivalent, be certified or eligible for certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, or international equivalent in Diagnostic Radiology, and be eligible for medical licensure with the College of Surgeons and Physicians of Ontario. A strong academic background in research and education, along with a focused approach to creative professional activities, will be viewed favorably.
