About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team at The Peak Group of Companies. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing market share for Peak and Home Depot, while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and maintain sales targets, driving revenue growth and increasing market share for Peak and Home Depot.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, as well as external stakeholders, including Home Depot associates and customers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, services, and initiatives, and to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure individual and team success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the home improvement industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, as required.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales, is preferred.
