Territory Sales Representative

Drive Business Growth with Siemens Canada Limited
As a Territory Sales Manager with Siemens Canada Limited, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key customers and channel partners in the assigned sales territory. Your primary objective will be to grow and maintain sales within the GTA and Southwestern Ontario regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives with channel partners to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to identify new product and solution opportunities.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key customers and personnel.
- Drive Siemens specification within the assigned territory.
- Utilize sales CRM tools, such as Sales Force, to track and manage sales performance.
- Develop and implement business plans and performance objectives in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or technical college in a technical field.
- 5 years of proven experience in HVAC/Building Automation Sales.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starting personality with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other basic computer skills.
