Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to provide essential support to our dynamic outside sales team. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving sales success by assisting customers, managing orders, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and efficient customer service via phone and email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to support their efforts in selling electronic cabling, wiring, CCTV, and Audio/Video products to Security companies and Electrical contractors/integrators.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Familiarity with electronic cabling, wiring, CCTV, and Audio/Video products is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in basic office applications and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
