Job Title: Indigenous Relations Expert

We are seeking an experienced Indigenous Relations Expert to lead and manage our Discipline team for Western Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with Key Stakeholder Groups and Indigenous Nations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Key Stakeholder Groups and Indigenous Nations
  • Create a business development strategy to develop and maintain relationships with Indigenous Nations and Key Stakeholder Groups
  • Establish Arcadis as a consultant-of-choice for Key Clients and Emerging Clients
  • Provide guidance, technical support and oversight to Mobility and other GBA project teams on proposals and projects with Stakeholder Management and Indigenous Relations needs
  • Assist with project delivery that foments collaboration, communication, and positive external branding
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor or graduate degree in a related field and/or 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Professional consulting experience and managing teams
  • Experience with the provision of environmental and/or social consulting services in Indigenous communities
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality customer service while balancing competing interests
  • Demonstrated experience authoring technical reports and excellent written and verbal communication skills
