About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Charolais IDA Pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prescription Management: Ensure the accuracy of prescription information and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Client Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products, ordering supplies as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other staff members to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
