About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at DUKH BHANJAN PHARMACY. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy staff in providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compound, package and label pharmaceutical products: You will be responsible for accurately preparing and labeling pharmaceutical products for dispensing to patients.
  • Bill third party insurers: You will be responsible for processing and submitting claims to third-party insurers on behalf of our patients.
  • Compound oral solutions, ointments and creams: You will be responsible for preparing and dispensing oral solutions, ointments, and creams as prescribed by our pharmacists.
  • Maintain inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products: You will be responsible for accurately maintaining and updating our inventory of medications and prescription records.
  • Organize and maintain inventory: You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining our inventory of medications and supplies.
Work Environment

As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring accuracy and quality in your work.

Requirements
  • Education: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: You must have at least 7 months of experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Language: You must be fluent in English.
  • Work Schedule: You must be available to work 30 hours per week.
