Job Title: Pharmacy Supply Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at Charolais IDA Pharmacy.

Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Supply Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of prescription information, maintaining inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products, and performing general clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prescription Accuracy: Ensure that prescription information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products, including ordering and stocking supplies.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients and pharmacists.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and prepare equipment and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Work Environment:

The Pharmacy Supply Assistant will work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment, interacting with patients, pharmacists, and other staff members.
