About the Role

MIDHA PHARMACY INC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of medications and pharmaceutical products, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Order Processing: Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Task Management: Assist with various tasks such as billing third-party insurers, compounding oral solutions, ointments, and creams, and maintaining accurate records of prescriptions and medications.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while working under pressure.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
