About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at MIDHA PHARMACY INC. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our pharmacy staff in providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Process third-party insurance claims and maintain accurate records
    • Manage inventory of medications and prescription records
    • Organize and maintain a clean and efficient inventory system
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with pharmacy staff to achieve team goals
    • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry developments
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or related field
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
