Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Bar Manager to join our team at Araxi. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for inspiring and developing our team members, while working closely with the management team to deliver a unique and elevated cocktail and wine program.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service and experiences.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the bar, including inventory management, ordering, and staff training.
  • Develop and implement programs to promote our cocktails and wine offerings.
  • Work closely with the management team to create a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure that all staff are knowledgeable about our menu and able to provide excellent service to our guests.

Requirements:



  • Previous experience as a bartender in a premium food and beverage operation.
  • A strong knowledge of mixology and wine, with the ability to develop and implement cocktail lists.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organization.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
