Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage department, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, maintaining smooth restaurant operations, and leading a team of servers and bartenders.
Responsibilities- Assist the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager in ensuring all staff adhere to service standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Lead a team of servers and bartenders to provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and controlling costs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service standards, increase sales, and enhance the overall guest experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a food and beverage environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service to guests.
