Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement innovative cocktail and wine programs that align with the kitchen's food program.
  • Train and educate staff to deliver superior customer service, with a focus on creating memorable food and beverage experiences.
  • Participate in the mentorship and support of junior team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Assist with month-end inventories and special projects as required, under the direction of the Restaurant Director.
