We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Manager to join our team at Farm Mutual Re in Cambridge, Ontario.

Job Summary

This is a key leadership role that involves driving process efficiency across different functions within the organization. As a Process Improvement Manager, you will lead a team of robotic process automation (RPA) Developers and Product Management to identify opportunities for process automation and implement strategies to optimize operational performance.

The successful candidate will have 7 years of experience in process improvement & automation roles, post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, and exceptional ability to investigate root causes of problems, interpret data, and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of developers to ensure the successful implementation of robotic process automation solutions
  • Provide direction to Product Management in defining and managing product roadmaps
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to identify suitable automation processes and analyze process workflows, data flows, and system interactions
  • Develop, measure, and track process performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of improvement process initiatives
Requirements
  • 7 years of experience in process improvement & automation roles
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Exceptional ability to investigate root causes of problems, interpret data, and develop effective solutions
