Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Efficiency Lead to join our team at Farm Mutual Re in Cambridge, Ontario. As a key member of our Process Improvement team, you will play a critical role in driving process efficiency across various functions within the organization.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned process improvement professional to lead a team of RPA Developers and Product Management in identifying opportunities for process automation and implementing strategies to optimize operational performance. You will be responsible for leading the implementation of robotic process automation solutions, providing direction to Product Management in defining and managing product roadmaps, and collaborating with internal business partners to analyze process workflows, data flows, and system interactions.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in process improvement & automation roles
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Exceptional ability to investigate root causes of problems, interpret data, and develop effective solutions
  • Demonstrated history of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives in business environments, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead teams and provide formal training and evaluation
Compensation Package
