Job Title: Continuous Improvement Manager

At Shred-Tech, we are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to drive process enhancements and improvements across our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough process assessments, developing multi-year roadmaps, and leading change management efforts to drive operational excellence and eliminate waste.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct process assessments to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Develop a multi-year roadmap aligned with organizational goals and objectives
  • Lead and facilitate change management efforts to drive process improvements
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodology to drive operational excellence
  • Establish monitoring mechanisms to track and measure improvement initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Generate reports and presentations to share with senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Lean Six Sigma certification and expertise in process improvement methodologies and tools
  • 7+ years experience in process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to details and dedication to process improvement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
