Lead Our Team as a Strategic Office Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our team at SERVPRO. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and direction to our office staff, ensuring seamless execution of our business operations, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of office personnel, including the Receptionist-Dispatcher, Job File Coordinator, and Accounting and HR Administrator.
  • Coordinate and maintain company calendars, franchise communication, and ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management, verifying and analyzing financial reports and divisional key measurements.
  • Monitor compliance and risk management, ensuring accurate employment files and records.
  • Develop and implement the office division annual plan, overseeing performance management and documentation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in office, accounting, and customer service management.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a demonstrated history of building strong teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks, with the ability to learn new software and technologies.
